When I estimate a nonlinear equation system with a function evaluation program using the syntax
nlsur aids5 @ w1 w2 w3 w4 np1 np2 np3 np4 np5 nw, /*
*/ parameters(a1 a2 a3 a4 b1 b2 b3 b4 g11 g12 g13 g14 /*
*/ g22 g23 g24 g33 g34 g44) nequations(4)
The estimates report gives me parameters a1 - g44.
But when I try to construct linear combinations of parameters with
lincom 1 - a1 - a2 - a3 - a4
,for example, a1 can not be found. In the online documentation I can not find reference to how to retrieve nonlinear parameters for expressions in lincom after nonlinear estimation.
Can someone tell me the correct syntax for lincom after nonlinear estimation? Thanks.
