my data set is panel data .
I would like to compute standard deviation of one of my variable by industry and by country at each time. How can i compute it?
the data example is as followed

I would like to compute standard deviation of ICC1 variable at each period by industry. I will use the standard deviation as my new time series variable for each industry.
so, i should get standard deviation of ICC1 of 1988, 1989,.... from industry 870110 and
industry 870111 and so on.
