st: Testing linear equations in a multilevel model

I am searching for a possibility to test linear equations like (b1 - b2 + b3 = 0). Therefore I assume that I could use the lincom command. But I would like to do this in a multilevel framework (GLLAMM?) for different groups. Thank you for any suggestions.
