Occasional repeated emails like this one appear to be bounces off
ceres.medicine.washington.edu
They aren't an enormous problem, but as they are minor embarrassments to
some people who appear, quite incorrectly, to be sending messages twice,
and because they are a minor nuisance, I wish that someone closer to
this server, machine or entity would do something about them.
This is nothing to do with requests not to use such footers, or ripostes
that such senders have no choice. It is about other people's messages
bouncing off somebody else's server -- at least that's what it appears
to be.
