-h keyboard-
The F-keys are potential candidates for customization. As I am a Windows
user, I do not want to stick my neck out on the question how Macs handle
these issues. As a matter of fact, the documentation for Stata goes to great
lengths to highlight differences between OSes where they exist.
I tend to include modifications to the meaning of F-keys in the profile.do.
There is a help file related to it specifically for Macs (-h profilem-).

Subject: st: create keyboard shotcuts on Apple Mac
Hi,
I guess it is possible to assign keyboard shortcuts in Stata e.g. to
automatically execute a do-file or else. Unfortunately, I don't have a
User's Guide and a web search did not come up with the solution either.
So, if anyone knows how I can link a keyboard shortcut to execute a do-
file, I would be very pleased!
Kind regards and many thanks for the consideraton,
Andrea
