The zanthro stuff you are referring to was published in the Stata
Journal. Under the journal's three-year moving window the paper is now
freely accessible. It's my impression that none of the authors is active
on Statalist so if the paper does not answer your question you should
probably contact them direct.

I would like to back-transform the z-scores created from zanthro for
(height, weight & BMI) from the British 1990 Growth Charts. But I
don't know the values the LMS method is using.
