Philip Ryan <[email protected]> discovered an incorrect link to the
help file for Stata's old -Binomial()- function:
> I note [using Stata 10, latest] that -help Binomial- returns help on
> -binomial()- not on -binomialtail()-
As Nick pointed out, the -Binomial()- function was renamed to -binomialtail()-
in Stata 10 to be consistent with the naming convention for other probability
functions (see -help whatsnew9to10##data-). -Binomial()-, an alias to
-binomialtail()- in Stata 10, continues to work but goes undocumented. -help
Binomial()- should be linked to the help file for the -binomialtail()-
function. This will be fixed in the next ado update.
