Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestion of post oaxaca
decomposition.
regression1 : regress lnwage for male
regression 2: regress lnwage for female
After decomposition these two groups, I'd like to find out:
X(female)*B(male)
where :
X(female): regressors for female
B(male): coefficients in regression 1 for male
That is, the wages female would earn if they had the same Beta hats as
male.
