Thanks to Kit Baum a bug fix of the -ftest- package is now available
from SSC. Richard Williams pointed out to me that -ftest- produced the
wrong test when the models being compared used robust standard errors.
Similar problems occur when -pweights-, the -svy- prefix, or the
-cluster()- option is used. -ftest- will now give an error message in
those case.
