Dear Statalist,
A new package called 'evhistplot' can now be downloaded from the SSC
archives (thanks to Kit Baum for putting it up). To describe and/or
install just type:
ssc describe evhistplot
ssc install evhistplot
The package evhistplot plots individual event histories with different
event types indicated by differently colored dots resulting in one
string of beads for each individual. Different event types may reside in
different variables, or they may be identified in a separate variable.
When birth times are not specified, the individual histories are given
as horizontal lines with calendar time on the X-axis. When birth times
are specified, the individual histories are plotted in a Lexis diagram
with calendar time on the X-axis and age on the Y-axis.
Comments, bug reports, etc. are most welcome.
Best,
Henrik
