Re: st: xi3 and multilevel commands

It would be nice if Stata was a little more sophisticated than xi.
Making xi3 official and supported would be a good start. Better would
be to have capability matching the R factor and ordered factor
features. In R you simply designate a variable to be treated as a
factor, set contrast type, and away you go.
