st: Anthro - Stata .ado files

Dear Readers

I am getting an error running the WHO Stata igrowup_standard.ado file
using Indian NFHS data. I get the error during the "calculating
prevalences" stage. It reports "no room to add more variables ...."

I am using Stata 9.2/MP with
set mem 512m and set maxvar 10000
I use compress and have dropped all but the essential variables.
