Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to reproduce the
problem with auto.dta tomorrow if necessary (I've got
to leave now). But, essentially, the layout of the
table I get looks fine, apart from the fact that the
heading appears on the same line as (instead of above)
the dotted line (roughly as shown below):
Title of output---------
As you'll reckon, it's a minor problem. Thanks.
