Dear Richard,
I have tried with -mfx2- but it kept giving me an error message as shown
below. Although it gives the correct estimates and sdt errors, I was not
sure what it really meant. If you have any suggestion about the error
message then I might tbe able to work with -mfx2-.
When running "mfx2, predict(pu0) varlist(x1 x2)"
It give the resulst and then...
"Preparing final results...
estimates post: matrix has missing values
r(504);
end of do-file
r(504); "

You might see if mfx2 or margeff (both from ssc) can do what you want.
I've never used mfx2 quite this way - and I know it has problems with
the varlist option - but with a little editing you might be able to get
what you want.
