Thanks Nick,

You are right.i forgot that -gllamm- has its own prediction command.
I tried this

. gllapred res,u
(means and standard deviations will be stored in resm1 ress1)
Non-adaptive log-likelihood: -1108.8162
-1108.8162 -1108.8162
log-likelihood:-1108.8162
