I have a system of four equations which I would like to solve simultaneously:
The first two, births and deaths, are in reduced from. The third equation describes fertility intentions and has a number of independent community and individual variables on the right hand side. the fourth equation, contraceptive method choice contains fertility intentions (the third equation), as an endogenous right hand side variable.

Which of the existing STATA programs should I use to sole the equations, and in particular take account of the unobserved heterogeneity that exists in all the four equations?
