st: ssc whatsnew

The -ssc whatsnew- command has been enhanced to provide links to all  
materials by each package author which appear in the Stata FAQs,  
Stata Journal, Stata Technical Bulletin, SSC archive and user sites.  
In the -ssc whatsnew- listing, author names now appear as hyperlinks  
that trigger the 'search authorname, net au' command.

Several formatting changes were also made in the -ssc whatsnew-  
output, for which I thank Bill Gould for suggestions.

You are reminded that the best way to download any of the SSC Archive  
materials is with the -ssc- command, or by using -adoupdate-.
