st: kdens2 bugfix

The kdens2 routine (bivariate kernel density estimation with Gaussian  
kernel, 3d plot using Mander's -surface- routine) has been updated to  
correct an error in the density calculation. An improper divisor was  
used in the computation. This does not affect the rendition of the  
bivariate kernel density plot, but corrects the vertical axis labels.  
Thanks to Maria Cecilia Calderon for pointing out the bug.

The revised -kdens2- is available from ssc or via adoupdate.
