st: How to set up data for estimation

Dear collegues,

My transition from Limdep to Stata is gradual ...Can anyone please tell me 
how to set up the data to estimate OLS  in stata and the set of commands.. I 
have a 47 country, 21 sector 75 partner dataset  The objective is to 
estimate the bilateral effects, across country pairs, (CROSS SECTION) 
although I have compiled sector data for each country pairs giving more 
observations. I have country i and j and sector k  as in equation LnTRADE 
ijk =  a1LnTARIFF ijk  + �2LnTRANSPORT ijk + uijk  ...  LHS Trade RHS Tariff 
TRANSPORT etc.,
