I am estimating hazard models with time varying covariates. I would like
to estimate
proportional hazard models with dummy variables included for hazard time
intervals.
I would like to use the estimates to generate both the predicted
survival probability at
different points in time, and the standard error of the predicted
survival probability.
Is there a way to to do this in stata, with time-varying covariates?
