RE: st: SSC activity, August 2006
Zurab,
Copying and pasting your -net install- script into my copy of Stata 9.2
brings up the following error message from Stata (and I do have a
working Internet connection and a functional -findit-):
. net install xml_tab, all replace
from(http://siteresources.worldbank.org/INTPOVRES/Resources)
connection timed out -- see help r(2) for troubleshooting
http://siteresources.worldbank.org/INTPOVRES/Resources/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

Amadou,
Thanks for promoting our program :)
It is available for everyone and can be downloaded from
econ.worldbank.org/programs/poverty/toolkit
or installed directly using -net install-, just type :
net install xml_tab, all replace
from(http://siteresources.worldbank.org/INTPOVRES/Resources)
