Dimitriy V. Masterov" <[email protected]> reports that margeff produced the
margeff matrix has missing values
error message when the dummies option was specified.
Dimitry should verify he has the 10 February 2006 version of margeff.
If this is the case he should contact me directly because this update of margeff was
intended to eliminate this error.
