The only way I know of to do it is by hand. Alternatively, have you
considered just combining the categories in the first place before
you run the ologit?
Alternatively, I suppose you might be able to work out something
using Tamas Bartus's -margeff- command. If you use the -replace-
option, the marginal effects get saved in e(b), and you could
probably write a routine to add effects together from there.
