I have a file with the following information:
1. From zipcode (it contains all the zipcode of a country)
2. To zipcode (it contains only those zipcodes in a country where a
hospital exists)
3. Traveling distance in metres - from "from zipcode" to "to zipcode"
4. Traveling average time in minutes - from "from zipcode" to "to
zipcode"
5. Population living in each "from zipcode"
6. Dummies that show the nearest hospital of a "from zipcode" in terms
of time and distance, and the farthest hospital.
What I would like to do now is to compute the average distance to the
nearest hospital weighted for the population living in each of the "from
zipcode" of the country. How can I do so?
