st: Update to -xtivreg2- available from ssc-ideas

Dear Statalisters:

Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to -xtivreg2- is now available from
ssc-ideas.  The new version, 01.0.02, fixes a display bug kindly reported
by Andrea Molinari.

ssc install xtivreg2, replace

to update, as usual.
