Sorry, no. But this does not surprise in the least.
I wouldn't have expected the colours to be copyable.
By the way, the only reason I can think of for
copying do files into MS Word is that they might
be included as part of a report or thesis. MS
Word is ill-suited to editing of do or ado files,
as the FAQ on text editors and Stata is at pains
to emphasise.
