st: psmatch2

Hello, I'm trying to instal psmatch28, and i'm getting the following  
message

net install psmatch28
file http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/p/psmatch28.pkg not found
could not load psmatch28.pkg from http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/p/
r(601);

Somebody knows where I can found it?

You can find it there. Do not try to download it from ssc; it is no  
longer there, at the authors' request.
