st: chi-2 test on treatment and control groups

table year treatment, c(mean output)

                  Pre          Post
-----------+------------------------+----------
       Y1 |        26         33 |        99
        Y2|        36         66 |       132
-----------+------------------------+----------
  Total |       62         99 |       231

provides me a distribution of the mean output across two pre-treatment and 
two post-treatment years. is there any way i can get a report of chi2 test 
for (Y2 (pre) & Y1 (post)), (Y1(pre) and Y2(post) and overall pre-and post?

The objective is see if there were statistically disntinguishable 
differences in output across treatment and control groups.
