Stata 8.2 (fully updated, type -update all-) is required for -estout-.
[It is true, however, that Stata 9 is required for the -estout-
presentation on http://www.stata.com/meeting/11uk/abstracts.html. This
is because the presentation is written in Stata 9 SMCL.]
