Hi Richard,
 Thank you for your fast response.  Unfortunately, I have tried
downloading spostado, and prchange does not work for tobit.  I have
asked the author of the routine, and he confirmed that it does not work,

Do -findit prchange- and download the version of -spost- that is
appropriate for your version of Stata (either 8 or 9).  I also highly
recommend the Long & Freese book that discusses this and related
routines:
