Is it possible to calculate an ordered probit when I have my own variance-covariance matrix ???
I am thinking that if I have some code that estimates ordered probit I could specify what is the variance-covariance matrix and get the estimation of the parameters. Do some of you has a code to estimate ordered probit in Stata???
