Hi All

I am new to STATA. I want to know if we can calculate
standardized Z-score for a variable.

I am an SPSS user who is trying to make a transition
to STATA. In SPSS, when we run the descriptives, we
can request for standardized Z scores. The program
then generates a variable called ZScores.

I have downloaded the Zcalc command but it does not do
the same thing that I am looking for, unless I just
overlooked a key piece of information.

I would really appreciate if anyone can shed some
light.

Thank you for your time.

Anju
