In reading the exchange re Katarina, I realised that the web-accessible
http://repec.org/docs/ssc.php provided one very useful piece of
information that is not accessible via 'ssc whatsnew' nor 'ssc describe
foo' : the version of Stata needed to use the package. That information
is held in the SSC archive, and I have now added it to the information
provided by 'ssc whatsnew'.
