You can uninstall older versions of -estout- with the command -ado
uninstall pkgid-. In Stata, type -ado- and you will get a list of
installed packages, with the oldest packages listed first. You should
have more than one item that looks like this:

[10] package estout from http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/e

In this case, "[10]" is the package ID and to uninstall -estout- you
would type -ado uninstall [10]-. Repeat the command for other
packages that you want to uninstall.
