With many thanks to Kit Baum, revised versions of my Stata programs
-hshaz- and -pgmhaz8- (for discrete time hazard regression models with
unobserved heterogeneity (a.k.a. frailty)) are now downloadable from the
SSC archive:
ssc install hshaz, replace
ssc install pgmhaz8, replace
Thanks to Adrienne tenCate (Statistics Canada) for telling me about a
bug in the previous versions concerning how weights were handled, and
also to Jeff Pitblado (StataCorp) for showing me the way to fix the
problem.
