I'm desperately in need of some guidance to do a power analysis to determine sample size for a complex experimental design. There are 3 experimental groups of mice, half male and half female. There are 5 treatments. Mice are sacrificed at 3 time points. I've hypothesized effect sizes. Where do I start?
