1. You can use the old Stata 7 graph command, available as -graph7-, as in
graph7 RBanadesa year, connect(L)
2. You can upgrade to the Stata 8 graph command, as in
graph twoway scatter RBanadesa year,connect(L)
which will probably give you better graphics.
If you are in a frantic hurry to make a deadline later today, option 1 might be best. However, Stata 8 graphics are a lot better than Stata 7 graphics once you learn how to use them.
