st: Gail model code

Has anyone written a STATA program to calculate the 10 year risk of 
developing breast cancer using the "Gail model," ideally as used in 
the NSABP P1 trial? If so, and you are willing to share the code, 
please contact me directly as the details are probably not of 
interest to other list members. Thanks.
