st: -mypkg- available on SSC; text editors FAQ revised

Thanks to Kit Baum, 

1. the -mypkg- package discussed in a posting 
of mine yesterday is now available from SSC
for users of (up-to-date) Stata 7 and of 
Stata 8.

2. the collectively-written FAQ on text editors
and Stata has been updated at 
http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/t/textEditors.html

The main addition is the addition of a section
on UltraEdit by Devra Golbe and Timothy J. Wade,
