Hi,
Is there a (new?) problem with tabodds ?
It looks like the option base(#) selects the category of expvar with range # instead of the category with value #.
Here is an example of what I obtain :
. tabodds ct agec6,or base(2)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
agec6 | Odds Ratio chi2 P>chi2 [95% Conf. Interval]
-------------+-------------------------------------------------------------
0 | 1.469206 1.58 0.2082 0.804054 2.684604
1 | 1.000000 . . . .
2 | 1.016810 0.02 0.8907 0.801593 1.289810
3 | 1.613362 15.26 0.0001 1.266239 2.055644
4 | 2.474453 40.25 0.0000 1.852346 3.305493
5 | 7.670803 66.73 0.0000 4.304008 13.671262
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Test of homogeneity (equal odds): chi2(5) = 125.24
Pr>chi2 = 0.0000
Score test for trend of odds: chi2(1) = 92.99
Pr>chi2 = 0.0000
Thanks
