st: wtp confidence interval for random coefficient

Dear Statalist,
I am trying to obtain the confidence interval (or standard error) of
the Willingness to Pay (WTP) from a discrete choice model.
I understand the -wtp- command by Arne Risa Hole could be used to
obtain the confidence interval for the MEAN of wtp.
Is there a way I could obtain the confidence interval (or standard
error) for the STANDARD DIVINATION of the wtp (for random coefficients
for example).
Thank you very much for your consideration!
Best Regards,
Lulu
