st: sampsi for repeated measure t test

Dear Listers,
I need to run a post-hoc sample size calculation for a repeated measure t-test to compare baseline and follow-up scores. My data was collected across 6 teams which I am treating like clusters (with ICC = .017) and the n1:n2 = 75.
Can I calculate the sample size using:
sampsi 3 3.67, sd1(0.79) sd2(0.75) p(0.9) r(.75)
sampclus, rho(0.017) numclus(6)
where 3 and 3.67 are my actual means at baseline and follow-up and sd1 and sd2 are the actual sd at baseline and follow-up.
Is this OK?
Thanks,
Francesca
