Dear Statalist,
I am a beginner in mata and I just would like to know if it is possible to get the maximum likelihood using the mata command "moptimize" over a function created in Stata. As far I know I think that it is not possible. However, in the case that it is posible, will it be more efficient tan ml?
I will appreciate any help.
Thank you ver much.
Amparo
