st: mim:streg lognormal hazard ratios coefficients

Hi all,
We would like to estimate a parametric survival model with a lognormal survival distribution, using “streg” in stata. Since we work with an imputed dataset, we use: “mim: streg x1 x2 x3, dist(lognormal)”
Stata displays, by default, coefficients rather than hazard ratios when estimating a lognormal survival distribution. However, when we add “mim” to “streg”, stata surprisingly displays hazard ratios instead of coefficients. Unfortunately, the command “nohr” (do not report hazard ratios) is valid only for models with a natural proportional-hazards parameterization: exponential, Weibull, and Gompertz.
While we can obtain the coefficients by simply taking the LN of the hazard ratios, we also need the constant term and standard errors for our further analysis with this survival model (lognormal).
Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Tim Kanters
