Hi Omar,
It seems that the -spatreg- does not include any logistic option. However, depending on the type of the spatial model (SDM, SEM etc), we may use a logit model.
For example, in the case of a Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) with a binary dependent variable (Yi), we have,
Yi = Xi'β + (Xi'*(WXi')^(-1))*θ +ui
where, the spatial matrix (W) is multiplied by the variable of interest (Xi), i.e. (Xi'*(WXi')^(-1))*θ. We may multiply the variable of interest by the spatial matrix, presumably derived from Arcmap or the -spmat-. This derives X'*(WX')^(-1). Then, a logistic regression may be served to estimate θ.
