Hi Joao,
I am curious as to why qreg2 does not allow pweights or factor variables as
does qreg? Both would be very helpful indeed. Perhaps it's because qreg is
based on Stata version 11, however it would be worthwhile to upgrade to at
least version 12 in order to gain access to these options

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of -qreg2- is available on SSC.
This is a minor revision of the previous version but all users are
encouraged to upgrade using the usual command:
ssc install qreg2, replace
Please notice that some results may be a bit different with the new version.
Also, please do let me know if you have problems with the new version or if
you have suggestions to improve it.
