Does any OS X Mavericks user (10.9.1) have the Stata 13.1 command -odbc- working with any installation of iODBC?
For me, installation of iODBC on Mavericks (https://github.com/openlink/iODBC) fails, and it is not possible to -set odbcmgr unixodbc- on the Mac (although you can brew install it).
