Thanks to Kit Baum an update is available to -stgenreg- on SSC. -stgenreg- fits general parametric survival models using numerical integration, and is described in detail here: http://www.jstatsoft.org/v53/i12/paper
This update fixes a bug that occurs when using the -survival- option of the predict command, when a spline with 1 degree of freedom has been specified, using the #rcs(df(1)) notation. My thanks to Camille Maringe for spotting this. It also fixes a bug that occurred when turning off the default orthogonalisation of the spline variables, using the -nooorthog- suboption of #rcs().
Please update using -ssc install stgenreg, replace-, or -adoupdate-.
Best wishes,
Michael
