You do not type the brackets in Stata (except for weights). You want
. corsp X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 X7 ,pvalues

To get the Pearson/Spearman correlation matrix for X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 , I write:
corsp X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 [,pvalues]
but it doesn't work...
