I don't know, but this reinforces my wish that the help for margins
was more command-specific or that there was a FAQ. As numerous
previous posts have indicated, there are a lot of times when default
predict options don't work with margins but non-default options do.
But then the options that do work sometimes require unrealistic assumptions.
